At MFJ Enterprises, we stand behind our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to our Starkville, Mississippi headquarters.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for functionality, and your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
